为了方便外交、司法、公安、安全、海关、军队 人员以及 法律工作者，在反恐司法实践工作和法律研究中了解 国际反恐 怖主义立法的现状及其发展，任筱锋、郑宏、梁巍搜 集并编辑了这本反恐国际 条约汇编《国际反对恐怖主义公约汇编(汉英对照)》 。本汇编采用中英文对照方式，按照相关国际公约所 涉领域及出台时间顺序编排，以期读者能对有关国际 公约的约 文及其发展有所了解，同时也能与中文译文有一个比 较，从而 对国际社会在反恐方面的立法脉络有比较清晰的把握 。
