内容简介

版权和相关权国际法律文件，即是我们常说的各种版权国际公约，版权国际条约，版权国际协定等等。 从1886年签署的《保护文学和艺术作品伯尔尼公约》，到2013年签署的《便利失明、视力障碍或阅读失能者利用已出版作品的马拉喀什条约》，在120多年期间，一共签署了14部国际条约。这14部国际版权公约、条约协定的法律文件的中英文，都包括在裘安曼译的《版权和相关权国际法律文件集》之中，非常全面。
