《邮轮英语》是专门为在国际邮轮上工作的一线服务人员量身定制的创新型英语教材。全书分成两大部分，第一部分为邮轮类型及邮轮各工作部门基础知识的分类介绍，第二部分以邮轮服务工作过程为载体，按照国际邮轮的对客服务核心岗位，即邮轮餐厅服务、邮轮客房服务、船上康乐服务、邮轮厨房操作等岗位的核心能力需要，组织相应的教学内容，安排若干教学与训练模块。每个单元都精心设计了服务情境，以英语为工具，模拟主动对客服务、解答客人问题、应对突发情况、记录工作日志等工作过程，提升学生在工作环境中的语言应用能力。
