作者介绍

路易·亚历山大（Louis Alexander）生于1932年1月15日，逝于2002年6月17日。是世界著名的英语教学权威，曾任欧洲现代语言教学委员会理事。其中一些如NCE（《新概念英语》）和Follow Me（《跟我学》）已成为经典教材。 他的《朗文英语语法》也是语法书中的佳作，至今畅销世界。Direct English（《直捷英语》）是他在有生之年最后为英语学习者奉献的巅峰之作。
