如何使用王旭华编著的《跟着美剧绝望主妇学英语》提高英语能力？ 简要地说就是四个字“反复多次”。以第一集为例，具体说来可以这样操作： 1．带着字幕看视频，了解剧情，单纯地享受看美剧的乐趣（如果基础好或者意志力坚定，这步可以忽略）。 2．翻看本书，仔细阅读书里面的对话和讲解，争取达到看到上句就知道下句的程度。 3．去掉或遮住字幕，反复看这一集。如果有一句就是听不明白，再看字幕，并记录下来，这就是属于你自己的知识点。 4．再看这一集视频，遇到书中有讲解的段落，则要一边看视频一边跟读，鼠标后拖，反复跟读。这样会迅速提高你的口语水平，语音语调会很地道。 5．随时听视频。早晨洗漱时，洗衣服时，打扫卫生、吃饭时，等车时都可以播放学习过的视频，练练耳朵。
